Why doesn't Bluetooth work with the remote control on FeedCon®?

If you're experiencing issues with Bluetooth not working when using the remote control function on your FeedCon®, there are several things you can check:

  1. Check your subscription: The Bluetooth feature is exclusive to FeedCon Premium subscriptions and is not available for BT. To ensure you have access to this feature, make sure you have a FeedCon Premium subscription. If you need to upgrade your subscription, you can follow the guide by clicking here.
  2. Check your Bluetooth connection: Ensure that the Bluetooth antenna on your device is working correctly and that the FeedCon® device is not currently connected to another Bluetooth device nearby.
  3. Check app permissions: Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone for the Nordic Gamekeeper app. On iPhone, go to settings and find the Nordic Gamekeeper app, ensure that Bluetooth permissions are granted. On Android, go to settings, select apps, find the Nordic Gamekeeper app, and ensure that Bluetooth permissions are granted.

If you're still experiencing issues after checking these things, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Nordic Gamekeeper app and granting it access to your phone's Bluetooth when prompted.
