What does the alarm "Motor Not Connected" mean on my FeedCon?

Claes Updated by Claes

If you receive an alarm with the message "Motor is not connected" on your FeedCon®, it means that the spreader motor is not properly connected and is not functioning as it should.

To address the "Motor is not connected" alarm, follow these steps:

  1. Check the connection: Verify the connections for the motor on your feeder station and ensure that everything is properly connected.
  2. Test the motor: Try connecting the motor directly to a power source and see if it rotates or operates as intended. If the motor does not function properly, it may be defective. Contact Nordic Gamekeeper support to arrange for a replacement motor.
  3. Calibrate your FeedCon device.

If everything looks fine and the motor is properly connected, try recalibrating your FeedCon® device. If the issue persists, contact the Nordic Gamekeeper support team for assistance and guidance.
