What happens if payment fails or isn’t paid with NG-SIM®?

The system will attempt to deduct the payment in the subsequent days and send a notification and email indicating the reason for the unsuccessful deduction.

If the subscription is expired for an extended period, you will receive a notification and email.

If the payment cannot be completed within 90 days of the expired subscription date, the NG-SIM® card will be terminated, and you will receive a notification on day 76, giving you 14 days notice before the card is terminated.
