How do I cancel subscription for my device?

To cancel your subscription for either the Cloud Camera, NG-SIM or FeedCon, follow these steps:

For Cloud Camera:

  1. Open the Nordic Gamekeeper app and log in.
  2. Select the device and go to "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Remove Camera".
  4. Select the device again, go to "Settings", and tap on "Remove Camera".

For NG-SIM:

  1. Open the Nordic Gamekeeper app on your device.
  2. Select the NG-SIM® you wish to terminate.
  3. Go to "Settings".
  4. Scroll down and tap on "Remove Camera".

For FeedCon:

  1. Open the Nordic Gamekeeper app on your device.
  2. Select the device and go to "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Remove FeedCon".
