How do I cancel subscription for my device?
To cancel your subscription for either the Cloud Camera, NG-SIM or FeedCon, follow these steps:
For Cloud Camera:
- Open the Nordic Gamekeeper app and log in.
- Select the device and go to "Settings".
- Scroll down and tap on "Remove Camera".
- Select the device again, go to "Settings", and tap on "Remove Camera".
For NG-SIM:
- Open the Nordic Gamekeeper app on your device.
- Select the NG-SIM® you wish to terminate.
- Go to "Settings".
- Scroll down and tap on "Remove Camera".
For FeedCon:
- Open the Nordic Gamekeeper app on your device.
- Select the device and go to "Settings".
- Scroll down and tap on "Remove FeedCon".
