Get started with NG-SIM (APEX-series)

Get started with your APEX Camera:

  1. Download the NG Connect App: From the App Store (for iPhone) or Play Store (for Android).
  2. Register an Account: Open the app and register a Nordic Gamekeeper account.
  3. Verify Your Email: You should have received an email with a link to verify your account. Follow the instructions and click the link to activate your account. If you didn't receive a registration email, check your spam folder.
  4. Log In: Use your login details to access the app.
  5. Add your camera: Press the "+" and select "Camera".
  6. Follow App Instructions: Ensure to follow the additional instructions provided in the app.
  7. Insert the NG-SIM: Insert your NG-SIM card into the APEX Camera.
  8. Insert SD Card: Insert your SD card into the APEX Camera.
  9. Check Camera Status: Move the power switch to “ON.”
    The following LED indicators will display the camera’s status:
    • Battery - Shows battery level.
    • Status - Will blink blue during start.
    • SD Card - Shows if a SD card is inserted.
    • Signal - Shows current signal strenght.
  10. Finished! Your APEX setup is now complete and ready to use!
Troubleshooting: if the LED's does not switch off within 5 minutes:
  1. Ensure that your NG-SIM® have been added correctly in the app and has an active subscription.
  2. Ensure that the NG-SIM® is intact and mounted correctly.
  3. Ensure that the SD card is mounted correctly.
  4. Restart the camera.
